Now that the dog was out of the shelter, and especially out of his former abusive home, and was learning to trust his new family, his real personality was beginning to show through.
He was actually a happy-go-lucky dog who just loved nothing more than to kick back and relax. It was obvious the he enjoyed every second of working on his tan. He looks totally comfortable and content on the beach.
It turned out that this vacation idea was just the magic the dog needed. It gave him a chance to get away from everything, meet a new doggy friend, and bond with his family.
When he got home from his first day ever at the beach, he just curled up in his bed and fell asleep. He was totally exhausted from his beach excursion.
Lou finally got to experience what it was like to be a dog who had a loving and adoring family. And he especially lucked out with this one because they had a house in the Hamptons!
You can see in the photos how truly happy the dog is with his brand new life. Every picture has the dog with a big smile! I’m so happy for him. He finally got exactly what he deserved!
